So I've been trying to eat healty for the last month (I had/somewhat still have a binge eating problem... that sometimes even derived into a binge/purge habit) and although it took me a while to escape the starvation mode (I've originally gained about 4 kg by eating about 1200-1500 kcal/day)...
I"VE LOST 2 kg since last friday!!!
I'm sooo happy, especially since I was so afraid that I've harmed my body so much by not eating enough in the past.
This gives me the strength to carry on, the healthy way :)
So if I can do it, all of you can do it too! Just keep trying :D

thank you all.. It's really the nice people around here that helped me a lot to stay motivated and not give up :)
