hooray for me and a question for you...
Today was the first time I actually stuck to my calories in over a week. I am so happy and I feel really good.
Now for my question. My trainer at the gym actually told me all about this site and he set up my calories for me. How do I do that on my own?
When you're on your home page, hover your mouse over 'Tools'. Click on 'Calorie Target'. There, it'll ask you a few questions about your lifestyle, and give you a calorie target to work by. Keep in mind, that if you exercise quite a bit a week, your calorie intake is going to be higher than say, mine, who only walks 3 miles a day.
Yay you :)
I felt the calories set up by the site was to low so I edited them and put what works for me calorie wise in.
I think it's located on you own home page.
