hey i am 19 yr old female 5'2 and 110 pounds, i eat about 1500 to maybe 1600 calories,I think. some websites tell me i should be eating 2000 calories, but I think i would have to stuff myself to get that much, i know there is a healthy weight range for me, so maybe i dont need that much, anyone else feel like 2000 calories is a little ridiculous..because i do...i would probably have to eat more on purpose to get that many calories in my diet what you think~erica ps. I eat more during the weekend, especially saturday cause my fam has lunch together..so im not trying to eat less thats just how much i usually end up eating. oh and i posted a food forum on how much food i ate today.

Hear, hear!! I'm starting to think this is just trolling...
What's trolling?
i'm 5'2", 110 pounds, 20 years old. even using the recommended children's calculator it says i maintain at 1600 if i'm sedentary. 40 minutes of walking earns me another 200 cals. i honestly do think i would gain weight if i ate 2000 every day. just my two cents.
I'm 5'2" and right now anywhere from 112-114 pounds. I've lost 30 pounds by sticking to 1500 calories per day. I got that from a calculator where I put in all my info and how much exercise I do so your calories seem ok to me......

actually it was a pretty honest question,
I think you'd have to give us a little bit more info to figure out if you have a serious problem. Are you afraid of gaining weight, or are you being sincere when you say you'd have to stuff yourself in order to eat 2000 calories?
By what you've given us, though, you seem fine. Btw... I'm jealous of your weight. Haha :)
