I am losing all my strength! i am not excited to do workouts or eat healthy. I just want to pig out. i olny drink 0 calorie drinkes but latrely ive been so hungry and eating like 1700 instead of my 1300 limit. HELP ME!!! i feel hopeless. i'm tired and hot and don't want to do workout. i look fat even though im about 20 pounds down form my oriniginail weight, i want to lose 10-20 more lbs. i'm doing jillian michaels 30-day shred. i'm hopeless, abosloutley hopeless. I NEED ENCOURAGEMNT! SOMETHING TO KEEP ME GOING TO GET ME TO DO MY EXCERCISES! I AM A HOPELESS FATYY!!!
Okay, you can get through this, first of all 1700 calories isn't that bad! second if you are doing the 30 day shred, WAY TO GO GIRL!! that is one crazy intense workout, but You might need to leave it for a few days. Try doing something different, walk with weights, swim, do house hold chores with ankle weights, go for a bike ride, find a frind and go play a sport for an hour. You and your body just need to mix it up a bit more. Diverisy your workout and you will not get bored, and your body will get confused and lose more weight.

but if i skip a day i'll go crazy. i will beat myself up and feel lazy and fat eve with another form of excercise. I've been trying to do additional things. but also, she change dit every 10 days to form the 30-day shred, so won't that mix my body up?
