If you are expecting to reach your goal in June 2009, there is a group created. As well, I just started a weekly weigh in thread that I am hoping to get people to join.

I'll join the group but not sure how to go about it.

I will not start my dieting until february because right now I am 7 months pregnant. My baby girl is due Jan.16th and then I am giving myself until May 23rd (my sister's wedding in Mexico) to lose the weight so thats pretty close to June 2009. I still eat well, count calories, and exercise so I could still participate in the group...only as of right now I have to gain a lb a week rather than lose.

Hi my name is Heather.  I am a mother of 3 and a wife of 9 years.  My kids are Cassie 8 years old, Mae 6 years old, and Robert 7 months old.  When I got pregnant with Cassie I was put on bed rest because she would not stick to my uterus.  I ended up going from 135 to 247 lbs with that pregnancy and then 6 months later I found out i was pregnant again and only gained 10 lbs.  I started diets after diets but never stuck with them due to having no support and I would want to give and eat cookies and cake and let myself.  When I got pregnant this last time back in July I started losing weight.  I got down to 198lbs.  I told my husband that I would not hit that 200lb mark ever again.  Sure enough I never hit it.  I started losing weight with my pregnancy for some reason and was once again on bed rest a coupe of times.  The day I gave birth in April I weighed 196lbs.  My bestest friend ended up getting a WII and we decided that we wanted to start working out and try to lose weight.  We are trying to support each other.  I can only get over there twice a week due to girls school and baby.  However I do have a bowflex that I am trying to talk my husband into setting up for me so i can work out at least 3 times a week on it and then at least twice a week on the WII.  My friend and I watch the Biggest Loser every Tuesday night and love that show.  ell she was weighing herself every day and getting upset because sometimes it showed that she gained and not lost so we decided to just weigh ourselves every Thursday.  We re starting that this week. 

My goal is to go from 196lbs down to at least 135 lbs by the time summer gets here.  I want to wear a Bikini and actually look good in it.  I would also love to be able to buy a lingerie for my husband and not be embarassed to wear it in front of him.  I will not even get undressed in front of him unless it is completely dark. 

To make a longer story short, I will be glad to post every week my weight and thoughts, concerned, ideas, pointers, etc.

Well the holidays are coming up and now I am starting to worry a little bit.  Yesterday I had a look at how hard Thanksgiving tempations will be.  My youngest Daughter had a Thanksgiving feast at her school yesterday with pies and cookies.  I ate 1/2 piece of turkey breast, 1 dinner roll, and 3 cookies :(  

I was so upset with myself yesterday but I have to remember that if I dont allow myself some sweets then this diet ill never make it.  Anyone else having doubts for the holidays?
