okay I must confess that lately I've been so busy that I havent been eating right at all....and it's not because I'm trying to lose weight or trying to not eat, it's just i've been so busy. yesterday I ate panda express, I had fried rice, orange chicken,and an egg roll, and then after that all I had was a bowl of ice cream. I wasnt hungry really all day besides when I ate, and I know that what I had from panda express was a lot of calories, but I doubt it was over 1200 all together.
the day before that I had an omlet in the morning, a salad for lunch and an omlet for dinner...this is just how i've been eating I havent really done it on purpose either.
A few night ago I had a craving for a smootie so I used my magic bullet and made me two strawberries yogurt and milk smooties, and then I had a serving of sour cream and onion chips...but that day i dont think I ate that much...man I just feel like I"ve been eating like so scant, like I'm not hungry...but I give into alot of cravings.

I would suggest keeping a food journal. That will give you an idea of your strenghts and weakness so you can make adjustmentes.
But there is a possiablty if your life has been busy that giving into cravings is your way of dealing with your emotions. I dont want to say that is bad because I dont want to judge.
It okay to fall off the wagon at time, just get up the next day and start over.
oh no, I dont always give into my cravings. and I reason I called the two smooties and the chips a craving was because I had all of that at 2 in the morning, i was hungry. lol
I guess it's more like since I'm not eating enough..I kinda eat whatever I want in moderation...I'm busy which is why I dont have the time to sit and think, did I eat lunch or did i eat dinner, but I'm not stressed out that bad right now. I think I've really worked on and changed eating to deal with emotion, I used to do that but ever since i've started this lifestyle change(May 29th) I've really worked on that and when I'm upset I dont really go to eat...

hmm one little space of orange chicken is around 700 calories. adding the egg rolls and fried rice would be over 1200 calories.. plus the ice cream?
I just looked up orange chicken and it was 500 calories, the fried rice was about 390 and the ice cream was about 175 so yesterday that was about 1,035 calories. wait the egg roll was 190...so that's 1225 calories...that's good! so the 177 pounds I weighed this morning wasnt because I didnt eat enough yesterday, yeah.
skinny girl im not a pro at this and i dont know alot about weight loss or gain but..... i cant say that i use to eat only when i was hungery ant that may be once a day but i did notice my weight kept going up and up now i have joined cc and try really hard at eatting i had to go byt things that i could just grab and eat, things that were healtier now im tring to lose 50lbs, this morn i had a hard boiled egg, i just had a peanutbutter sandwich, i should reach my cal intake with dinner
I usually eat better but these past 2 or 3 weeks I've been eating like this. But I know that I'm trying to completely change my lifestyle so this wont be hard to keep off once I reach my goal but I also am going to eat what I want, so that might mean exercising more or just using moderation.
