Favourite mix-in? Sultana bran flakes!

Favourite toppings? Lemon curd, apricot jam, cashews, hazelnuts, peanut butter, cashew nut butter, macadamia nuts, dried fruit of pretty much any kind.

Favourite topping combination? Dried apricots, apricot jam and almonds with a biscotti crumbled in.

Preferred alternative grain to oats? Barley.

Favourite savoury hot cereal or porridge? I know it's not so much a cereal, but polenta.

Favourite brand? I buy store-brand organic oats from Morrisons, lol.

Is there a hot cereal you’ve not had you’d like to try? I've heard cream of wheat is nice, but you don't find it over here. I'd also like to try making congee sometime.

Is there a hot cereal you have had you’d like to recommend or discourage? I recommend barley; I discourage most flavoured instant cereals. They tend to be very artificial tasting.

Favourite toppings? Dried apricots, sultanas, any dried fruit really, banana, custard, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground mixed spice

Favourite topping combination? Toss up between banana and custard with above mentioned spices. Or banana and sultanas and apricots(cooked in with the milk so they go all big and juicy) with the spices.

Hey! I just wanted to share this for all you oatmeal lovers... try letting your oatmeal cool juts a little (so its no steaming), and then put a sf vanilla pudding on top! Its so delicious!

Favourite toppings? Either dry cereal (Kashi Go Lean Crunch is good) or whip cream and strawberry jam for a treat

Is there a hot cereal you have had you’d like to recommend or discourage?  Yes Dixie Diners Hot Instant Cereal, esp in Apple Cinn or Peach is delicious (90 calories, 8 grams Carb and 12 grams protein) its soy based but tastes very close to hot cereal made with Oats.
