I use options hot chocolate. It has between 30-40cals depending on the flavour you choose and has between 2-4g sugars per serving.

The flavours you can get are;

White chocolate, turkish delight, belgium chocolate, hazlenut, banana, mint and orange.

The turkish delight and belgium ones are heavenly! I have yet to try the rest.

I LOVE HOT CHOCOLATE. <3 Smile

I currently am using an off brand (1$ a box!) with "no sugar added." I find it quite delicious! It has 50 calories per packet.

Fat free Swiss Miss, 50 calorie. There's something wrong with the Diet one...

I always love to make my with ovaltine. I remindes me of being a kids.  MORE OVALTINE PLEASE!!!

I mix my own.

tbls Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder

packet of Turbando sugar

pinch of kosher salt

dash of cayenne pepper

milk

Takes a little work to blend, but it's worth it. Calories depend on the milk and if you use real sugar or not. Around 160 for a cup made with 2%.

Everyone around me knows my addiction to my hot chocolate!

I use Options with just water and in the morning, I add a sprinkle of coffee and a tablespoon of oats.  The oats thicken it and become part of my breakfast as well!

In the evening if im hungry I will put in a tablespoon of oats and small amount of chopped nuts, it turns into a warming drink and snack though does up the calories.

I like the cayenne pepper idea, think i will try that, boost the metabolism and all.

The Options chocolate is full of fake stuff though which does bug me and I have tried to find alternatives but no luck yet! The Skinny cow brand isnt bad.

I use options hot chocolate (usually 18g), but I make it with hot milk.  It's so wonderfully creamy that I don't mind the 200 cal price tag!!

Sounds like mine :)  Just minus the pepper.  LOVE it... the more cocoa the better!

i use light carnation hot chocolate; 45 calories per serving :)

I use 1tbsp cocoa powder and milk generally. My mum never added sugar to it for me when I was little so I'm kind of used to the bitter taste! If I want it more desseerty though i'll use sweetened soy milk or put in some sugar or honey

I love Swiss Miss with those tiny little marshmallows made with half a mug of water with skim milk added to cool it down. Once in a while I'll add whipped cream and a little bit of hersheys syrup on top for a super sugary treat. Tongue out

I'm very bad and go to Tim Hortons or Second Cup for my hot chocolate :(

Normally I hate drinking my calories, but when my throat is sore, all I want is hot chocolate. I currently have Tim Hortons, 110cals/2Tbsp. And I throw in about 10 mini marshmallows :)
