I'm totally determined to do this and anyone who wants to join me thats in highschool can-I want to lose all my 'baby-fat' (as my mom calls it) before sophomore year of highschool.  I go to a private school and I want to look kickin' in my uniform next year!

Right now I'm 5' 10" and weigh 155-according to BMI this is a healthy weight, but my bathing suit begs to differ.  I feel extraordinarily chubby.  My friends say I'm not fat and my boyfriend says I''m perfect, but I think he's just trying to get on my good side again.  And plus, I'm not doing this for them, I'm doing this for me, as anyone who is on a diet should be doing.  I'm doing this so I can look incredible when I walk down those hallways again. 

So, any girls who want to join me just post your weight and your goals and before long (hopefully) we'll be HOT and looking good in time for our first school assembly!!

Daaaannnng you're tall! I wish I could be 5'10".. bleh but I'm stuck with 5'4". oh well!

I weigh 109 [I reached my original goal of 110], but I've still got some extra fat.. so I wanna lose that, and tone up. My goal is to look AMAZING in a bikini ;D

I am 5'10" and about 148.  You probably don't need to lose weight but maybe build some muscle tone instead.

Suree ill be a sophomore.  I guess I wan't to lose weight - but if it only comes off in inches, not the scale numbers, thats fine by me.

I'm 5'7'' ish?  i really need to measure.  128 lbs. Need to tone! :]

i'm 5'8". i'm 130 as of this morning, i've lost 12lbs so far. i'm looking to lose a little more (5lbs?) but definetly tone.

Yea, my main concern isn't nescescarilly(how the hell do u spell that word?)  weight, but inches.  I'm not measuring myself in inches, but I'm basing it off of how I fit in my clothes and this one pair of jeans that I have that are way too tight on me.   And for all the shorties out there, don't feel too bad, being tall isn't that great, it really only helps in sports, and is a bad thing when it comes to guys, but luckily I found myself a boyfriend thats 6' 2".  Thats another one of the reasons I want to lose weight, not because he tells me I'm fat or anything like that at all, but because I want to look good for him.

SO what are you guys doing for excercise and diet?
i agree with basing a lot of my clothes, yes, i love when i see the number on the scale going down, but when my jeans are practicially falling off me i definetly feel good.

for diet i just count calories trying to be around 1200 a day, usually never more than 1500, i'm not the best at getting a lot of fruits and veggies but i'm working on it.

i don't have a specific workout plan but i try to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. on days when i know that i'll be eating a bigger dinner, or snack that's not really healthy then i work out more ((burning 500 cals)) but on other days when i aim for 300-400. then random weight machines on arms, legs, etc. and lots of crunches. =]
Yeah i go by jean sizes.  I have all my jeans lined up in order that i can wear them again.  (yes i'm cool.) i finally fit in these dark hollister jeans that i couldnt even button before; its really the best motivation for me. 

I don't have an exact weekly schedule of exercise, it varies, but i like tennis, jogging (working up to 2 miles), tae bo, and hand weights (um like 5 lb ones - im a bit weak in the arms even with tennis haha )
I'm doing allright but I can't stop eating when I'm bored, it really sucks, as soon as I feel like I have nothing to do, the fridge starts like screaming at me, it really quite difficult.  Blah...I think I'll go work out <3<3
same.  I <3 water cause i can pretty much have as much as i want.
We have a hollister opening up in my mall and i'm sooo excited. Right now that's pretty big motivation because I want to be able to look good in their clothes.

Also my mom says my face looks slimmer! yay
being tall is fucking awsome! u look better in ur clothes (long legs look good in every tipe of clothing) simply elegant..y do u thing u need to be tall to be a model? well im 5'10 and weigh about 165lb i want to lose 20-30lb so i can become a model...ppl say i got the face but my body needs to look good in a bathing suit....so im basicly on a crash diet...dont get me wrong i love veggies and fruits(unlike most) but right now im just not eaing after 6, exercising ALOT, and stop eating sop many god damb sweets
i feel really embarrassed posting my height and weight, so far im the biggest here it sounds. i'm 5'8" and 180 lbs. i need to get down to about 144.. im sick of being the fat girl and i need change! anyone who is a good motivator please send me a message! best of luck to all of you!
i know its not very good for you but if you feel you HAVE to eat when youre bored, drink a coke zero. zero cals, 40mg sodium. or sugar free jello- 10 cals. or sugarfree fudgsicle- 40 cals. yummy and lo/no cal.
Hey I am starting college in September and am determined to lose weight so I can look hot.

I also wanna lose about 6lbs by July ready for my holiday, I am going away with my boyfriend and so want to look good in a bikini!
Hey everybody, I think I'm going to try to start something up, like we all post our progress and stuff here so that we can see how each of us is doing and keep eachother motivated, so anyone thats in just post their progress-as in how many calories you ate, what you're doing for excercise, if you feel lost = (.

so yesterday I ate about 1800 calories and burned about 600(?) from excersice.  I feel like I can actually do it this time and by this time next week I think I may have lost a few, but I'm keeping off the scale until then so I can actually see results.

Exactly, like I said in the message I sent ot you nicolelove66, if you dont accept and love your body for what it is right now, you'll never be able to change it, and if you are able to lose weight while still hating your body, you still will hate it when you reach your goal weight. <3
