Hello friends/lurkers!! Welcome to our amazing home/chat.  Before you make yourselves comfy on our couch, let us show you around the house. 

This is our humble living room where we hang out, chat, and watch porn movies.

As guests, please feel free to join us for breakfast , or home prepared meals like mac-n-cheese, soup, snacks like pudding, fruit roll ups , or any other treats we keep in our lovely kitchen.  

Make yourselves at home while you're here! We have two computer areas, so feel free to use them anytime you'd like.  The first computer area is down the hall toward the back.  The second computer area is downstairs in the basement.  ...also where we keep our prisoners and/or captives live in friends.

For those of you with small children, do not fear... we have a room just for them to play in while they're here. 

You're in luck! We have three guest bathrooms you can use when ever you like.  This bathroom is closest to the living room, so when you gotta go, you gotta go.  This while the other bathroom is located closer to the computer room in the back.  this is where we bathe the captives.

Now, our pool is wonderful!! it's equipt with a griddle AND bar, and your choice of music (just bring your CDs)  Jump in anytime!! the water's always great!

Let us show you our bedrooms now...

The first room here on the left is Jfk's room.  That's where he keeps our stash, but he rigged it for quarters (damn him!) 

Dagi's room, directly across from jfk's room hasn't been used in a while, so if you ever wanna bunk in her room while she's away, it shouldn't be a problem.

Here's Spoiled_candy's room she keeps her door locked most of the time, so if you ever need to gain entry, there are a couple of bobbie-pins that are on top of her door molding.  (that's how I always get in).  

When bagga's not sleeping topless in her room, she enjoys stretching and things like that.

The room that has the door with holes in it is p0nda's room  She fixes it all the time with posters, but they keep falling off because the bubble gum she uses loses it's stickyness.

This is myroom, isn't it perrrty? I'm in here most of the time with our dog, just hanging out.  He's such a sweetheart!

Peaches' room is pretty nice.... her walls are blue and we sometimes hang out in there listening to music.

Buggy's room has a nice set up!  she always has a path for us to walk through.

Here's Mollymouser's room.... (don't ask)  I have NO idea how she keeps her room looking like that.

Mspw's room...? Whay can I say?? she's a shopper  :D

Qm's room? well she's pretty good at keeping it very tidy!  there's ALWAYS a path around her bed and/or paths to-and-from the door to walk thru.  :D

here's Rache snoozing in her comfy bed.  she likes to sleep-in because she's usually up all night webcaming with her hunk-man fiancee... rawr!  :D

King's room is pretty awesome!  he has his own air conditioner.  the heat makes the the house kinda stinky, so we like to hang in there when it's HOT in the house   :D

Awww... look how cute!  our kittehs just LOVE to hang in Lulu's room.    her room is one of the few with it's own bathroom.  she's lucky

We have two spare bedrooms that any of you are more than welcome to use.  This spare bedroom is pretty nice, as you can see... it's very roomie.  This spare bedroom is also roomie.  In fact, it has a fold-out-couch-bed which is awesome!!

I m still waiting for A to make me a step so I can do step aerobics.  I really don;t wanna buy one.  I dunno why, maybe its all the plastic.  I probably will though.  He has too much to do.  Besides, if he's gonna be int he shop making anything I'd rather it be a coffee table.  The one we have suks.  It has a glass top on it but its too big for the table, so it sticks out and I am always hitting my legs on it, on the corners.  Ouch!

I just don't like what most instructors do to get your heart rate up, all those silly dance-steps.  Its too much to think about.  I wanna be focused on the muscle-groups I am working.  Ah, who am I kidding!  I just don't like aerobics.  I don't like any exercise that gets my heart rate up above that 70% line.  If I can't talk while I'm doing it, I'm miserable with it.

you done any exercise yet today buggs? mspw? I've got yoga (90 minutes) and abs (15 minutes) to do, but I'm am seriously lacking motivation!

Any you gals got before pics to compare with your fab after pics? I took my "befores" last week and was thinking about putting them under lock and key in my gallery- after the 90 days is up (79 to go!), I'll put up some afters. Or, I may wait and post the before at the same time as the after. Dunno yet.

I'm off for 15 min of pilates and 45 minutes of hill intervals--back this afternoon with the play-by-play.

I think it would be a good idea to have your before picture taken in a Florida cheerleader's outfit, QM.  Don't know why, just a hunch. 

I have a before/after in my gallery, though it's definitely not the worst of the befores.  It is the latest before shot that I have, however.

I did about 40 mins yoga this morning. I also cleaned my house and I don't mean a light-dustong.  After I cleaned the kitchen and both bathrooms, I vacuumed everything and then used Murphy's oil-soap on the parquet in the foyer & hallway on hands & knees.  In all, it took me about 3 hours.  I'm all done, and man oh man does it feel good!

I dunno if I'm gonna get in anotehr workout.  I'm pretty tired.  I'm more int he mood for a nap.

I have had my before & after pics in my gallery for awhile now.  The is a pic with three parts to it.  The first one was me 10 years ago, age 30, WAY too skinny, and in a rather bad emotional-way.  The middle one is me in 2006, right about when I met my husband.  I was 130 pounds and working out a lot.  I was in great shape and I would love to be in that way again.  The last one is just last year, less than a year ago, and pretty-much how I look currently at 150 pounds.  I think I carry that much weight really well for someone at 5'3". 

I'm not setting up any weight-loss deadlines.  I usually miss them and am disappointed im myself when I do, so I won't.  I has me sum biger fish ta fry anyway, like getting off the crazy-pills and getting our bankruptcy done-with.  Exercise is really a way to manage stress and keep my body healthy.  weight is of seconday importance to me right now. 

I look fwd to seeing your pics, qm.  I think mine are pretty darn near the cheerleader's outfit!

hoooo...yeah. Cheerleading outfit- not gonna happen. Hubby has mentioned about buying me the chest of a cheerleader though. (If you've read my latest journal entry, you know that I'm a far cry from having that!) All of that silicone, I just don't think so. I can't imagine what it'd be like to have them things swingin' around and knocking me off balance.

That's quite the productive day, mspw! Only thing I've done is dishes but I MUST fold laundry today. The pile has gotten so large I think that a small family of pigmies has moved in- I hear the pile talking at night...

I'll try to talk the hubman into putting the pics on for me- not too hopeful bout that- they're bikini 'uns...we'll see!

QM, I think your numbers are fine, bordering on perfect.  But I will need to see the bikini shot to be sure.

After 2 minutes on the treadmill it was clear that my hamstring was going to have nothing to do with this today, so I just did some shoulder focused weightlifting instead.

Don't you even consider it unless you have been in an accident and/or are disfigured from breast-cancer surgery.  My MIL had a radical mastectomy and had major reconstructive surgery - no silicon or implants though.  Luckily she has small breast, like me! Totally reasonable.  I used to work with women who'd had mastectomies.  I was trained to fit them with silicon prostheses that fit into specially-made bras.  I understand what that is about. 

Don't you DARE get implants for cosmetic purposes, lady!  You are beautiful.  I've seen our gallery.  If your man is "offering" to get them for you, you can tell him what I have to say about it:

My hands are large enough that I can pick up a basketball one-handed, I prefer a cup size that can fill them.

That said, I'd sooner take small and natural than unnaturally huge. There's been a couple instances in my past where implants have been a deal breaker.

Honey, its all about loving that with which you chose to incarnate with this lifetime.  I don't dislike large breast.  I'm not dissin' 'em either.  All I'm saying is love what you are.  Be healthy. There is something perverted and wrong with going under the knife to have larger breasts.  Now, in some instances, like if your breasts are too large for your body meaning you have other health issues associated with them, its not cosmetic, but medically-necessary.  Breast-reduction may be preferable to spinal vertebrae fusion. 

And have another glass of wine, or would you prefer to pop my new bottle of Absolut from the freezer bagga?  I got some cranberry juice, or would you prefer some club soda & a lime twist?
