 Well....being married I can't speak for others, but I'm thinking if you are looking for a one-night-stand, then those phone hotlines would be perfect.  However, if you are looking for a little more, then the more reputable online sites would be more apropriate.

Ha ha, I see those commericals too.  Like the chicks on the phone are really that hot.  Live Links and Lava Life are the two I see most often.  The Lava Life (or whatever it's called) headquarters is just up the road from here.  Considering the size of the building, they must be making some serious bank!

I've heard from several of my single friends that they don't like it when a man assumes (without asking) that he can...push her head down....if you know what I mean.

I've always laughed when I've seen those TV ads, but I do wonder who calls in.

Major turn off - grabbing!  I've never had one make it past the initial kissing stage who had bad behavior like that!  My most recent date tried to grab me and kiss me.  I ducked and explained the difference between grabbing and inviting...he never quite understood.  I hate chicken pecking!

Oh, another major turn off, I had one who was asking about the dom/sub thing...he started saying "yes mistress", I could not leave quickly enough!

Ewwwwww.  That made me feel grody just reading it. 

Slobber is a huge turn off!

This is why I didn't date around much.  Too many horror stories, too many things I thought were icky.

Alex is the second person I've ever slept with, and the first one did so many things that grossed me out and were huge turn offs, which is probably why I only slept with him a handful of times.  One thing in particular, he sounded like he was in pain when he orgasmed.  And he beat the bed or the wall while he was doing it.  Am I really that good of a lay or do you just not get any that often?  Or is there something going on that I should know about?
