Those hovering around 200 but hit plateau group?
There seems to be alot of us and I would love to organize a group if anyone is interested.
I thought perhaps we could start a PM/Message circle in which we can provide support and also post to this thread with our results. I am anxious to hear of what worked for some and perhaps some diet plans to share?

I am in. I have been around 202 and just cant get down past it. stupid scale...
I added you as a friend and that is where I am too. I was at 101.6 yesterday and 202.2 today and the same scenario the past 2 weeks. *sigh*
Good luck on the weight loss. I was 280, so the weight was flying off me when I dieted and worked out. Im pretty sure itll get much harder to lose weight as my calorie requirements lessen. Who knows, I might end up in this group.
Well, I haven't exactly hit a plateau yet but my weightloss slowed WAY down right after I broke into the 190s. I'm at 194 now and have been here for almost 2 weeks. Umm that does sound like a plateau doesn't it? LOL I guess I'm in denial!
214 - 218 for three + months after a 23# loss. Frustrated but NOT giving up. I deserve this!

To anxious1 and everyone else here, I have added all of you to my friend list and I think that checking in with each other each evening is a good idea. Saturday weigh-ins are fine with me. I guess we start tomorrow!
hey everybody! well.... I don't know if this thread brought me some weight loss luck or what but the scale said 192.6 this morning! It was previously at 194-195 and bouncing there for 2 weeks. So yea!!! Heres the weird thing-- I ate a huge dark chocolate bar last night. I didn't go over my cals but I was definitely at maintenance for the day.
has anyone else experienced success by throwing in a few maintenance days? I always feel like this is cheating, but maybe it could really help?

Sorry to post late, but I'm not usually online on weekends. Too busy w/ life (kids and husband are home and we're outside a lot). But my Sat. weight was..... the same 215 I've been hovering around since Dec. Had a huge deficit on Sat. Then a small overage on Sun. trying to mix things up. This morning was 218 (didn't drink nearly enough water on Sun & ate out (read sodium) so that'll move tomorrow I expect). I weigh daily. Adding all as friends, will check journals often and leave encouragment. We're gonna do this people. We ARE gonna do this!
How is everyone doing? I am still stuck and trying to add more water *sigh*...
I'm still stuck. Am going to doctor this week to have blood tests done re hypothyroidism - I recently quit smoking and have just realized that there is a big co-relation between smoking and thyroid function so my plateau may be a physical thing requiring some extra attention. Will see.
Can I join in? I have been stuck at the mid 190's for the past month. I am getting frustrated! Seems like I keep battling those same 3 pounds over and over again, it would be awesome to see the scale finally be in the 180's. I've even gotten as close as 191, but now that I am back up to 194, I AM FRUSTRATED!! Please help me stay motivated!
YEAHHHH! My scale said 213# this morning!!!!!!! I am SOOOO STOKED! I logged 214# on Feb. 7th and have been up and down 3 pounds ever since. Keep focused. Keep doing what you know is right. Mix up your food and activities as well as your deficits. It will happen. Eventually it HAS to.
Welcome 9360499181. A plateau is a plateau. I'd say all are welcome here. I wonder if 190-200 pound is some big "magic" number that slows everybody down or if we're just the lucky ones?
