Hows it going. My name is Andrew. I'm 22, and currently just looking to keep my current body, if not improve it a little, especially since I just moved to Japan and don't have all the easy access to the gym and foods that I did in the states (and my diet is taking a hit of change).
I'm just over 6 foot, 172 pounds. Consider myself in very good shape, regularly exercising (cardio and weights, although not as much recently since the gym is much less convenient).
Like I said, Im mostly here to try to stay on track and not lose the body I've been working to get the past year or so, which has been worrying me because of the change of food on hand and the fact that I cant visit the gym regularly yet (and its far!!), and I'd also like to learn a bit more about maintaining good health in general.
Anyways, nice to meet all of you!
Hi Andrew!
I'm Krissi, I also come from Asia... never been to Japan but I used to eat a lot of Japanese food at home... they've got a very healthy diet, Japanese cuisine is a lot of fish but watch out for those noodles!
Good luck! :D
