How's everyone doing?
So...I've noticed the group's been a little inactive lately....(could be because I have nothing better to do lol) and I thought it would be good to check in with everybody and see how we're doing so far....
I had a not so good day today..(it's TTOM...and i just ate and ate today..and went over maintenance) but I feel good because I haven't eaten badly since starting..and I've read that one day isn't going to ruin anything...(and around this time I usually take the whole 4 days off..but I went to the gym yesterday and actually can't wait to go tomorrow.)
So how's everybody else??
Yea, it's hard to stay on track w ttotm, especially since it's getting colder out! Good job on working out!
I've been doing....um, ok, I guess! LOL The weather has really been affecting me and I've been craving high cal comfort foods! But I think I've managed to at least stay at maintenance the last few days! haha that's only cuz of a lot of working out though!
Tomorrow is also grocery shopping day, so I'll have a full fridge of healthy stuff. That always makes it a lot easier!
I have been doing well. I just havent been on cuz I have been so busy helping my cousin plan her wedding. But, so far I lost 5.6 pound since starting on Oct 12. I have been maintaining at 140 this week, but I;m ready to continue my weight loss.
I'm doing just fine, the weight is moving again. That's a plus.. As far as thinking about keeping it at 144 is a different story. Thanksgiving Dinner is always at my house, and I have to do all the cooking. I need some tips on not munching as I cook. Do anyone have any ideas on what to do. I was thinking about a bowl of fresh veggies and fruits, but I have to taste the stuff just to make sure it comes out just right. Last year this time around. I didn't cook as well as I normally do. I was trying not to taste so much of my own cooking. I had just lost 36 pounds, and I was not looking for the weight gain. This is my only problem.. Tasting the food as I cook it.
