so im thinking of getting the book. i've a look through, interesting. i know some of chick that just finished it and she enjoyed it.

i like the whole 3-4 exercises per workout as well.

when i first read some of chad's stuff like articles, i was a bit hesitant, but im actually finding some of the things he said true for my own body.
