On a whim, I decided to try hummus. So I bought some and have been dipping cut-up veggies in it, and I love it! But I've been trying to figure out what else I could do with it.

Tomorrow I am making a hummus& chicken wrap..
It's a 100% whole wheat wrap filled with grilled chicken, hummus, cucumbers, tomato, and hot sauce... SOOO amazing!

Substitute spicy hummus (trader joe's) for salad dressing on mixed greens or fresh spinach...2 tablespoons is plenty for a mid size salad and is so tasty and much healthier than artificially low-fat dressing!
