So I just started NROLFW this week, and so far I've done 3 workouts from stage 1. And oh my GOD, I'm so much hungrier than I used to be! I guess this is a good thing, but I'm wondering if it's just my imagination trying to give me some excuse to eat more. Also, I'm sleeping SO much better at night. It's fantastic.

Anyone else experiencing such results? I feel like I might just be making things up since it's so early in the game.

I don't think you're making it up, I remember when I started I was absolutely ravenous.  I still go through times when for whatever reason, I get insanely hungry all the time.  The hunger does quiet down as you get used to doing the program.

Sounds like your metabolism is really starting to rev up!  That's definitely a good thing.
