What food you eat that fills u up and still considered healthy and not so high in calories?

I eat Kashi Chewy Trail Mix bars...they are delish and high in fiber.

Also, 25 almonds is one serving & they fill me up as well as fruit for snacking.

I eat broccoli when I really want to feel full.  It's super low in calories, but really fills me up.

My favourite is a big plate of vegetable crudites... celery, carrot, red peppers, cucumber, courgette... and a good blob of hummus dip.  Very tasty, very healthy, takes ages to eat and very low calorie.
veggie chilli, sometimes i toss some broccoli and cheese in with it, or celery with tzatiki ,, or! apple and peanut butter

entree-beans with salsa

snack-pistachios 1/4 cup

For breakfast: Fiber One cereal.  They have four flavors now and I really like the honey almond one.

For lunch: veggies.  My favorites include carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, and bell peppers.

For snack: fiber bars from Fiber One or from Target

For dinner: stir-fried chicken & frozen veggie pack over wholegrain rice - a sizeable meal for about 400 calories, filling and tasty.

Honestly?  A very small piece of chocolate will get me full, like a Hershey kiss or their mini special dark chocolate bars, only at 50 cals or below.

One whole-grain kangaroo pocket, toasted then cut in half. Put a square of laughing cow in one half, and a tablespoon of hummus in the other. About 150 calories, 6 grams of fiber, and yum! I have it every day as a snack.

Eggs are super filing because of the protein (70 calories and 6 grams of protein per whole egg, 17 calories and 3.5 grams per egg white). Whenever I have eggs for breakfast, I barely feel hungry at lunch. I would have eggs every single day for breakfast, but at the moment I'm really sick of them. But eggs are great. You can do so many things with them.

Oatmeal is also super filing, and usually only about 150 calories for a huge bowl.

Vegetables! Steamed or raw, these are good for when you cannot stop eating.

Soup-- make your own. Throw in any kinds of vegetables you like and only a little or no oil.

Apples are also pretty filing because of all the fiber. Usually about 70 to 80 calories for a medium apple.

Anything with a good amount of protein, fiber, or both will fill you up. Foods that have low volume density (e.g. lettuce, etc.) will also fill you up, but very temporarily... this is probably only good if you are going to sleep soon after eating.

drink two large cups of water. sometimes people confuse hunger with thirst
