not hungry but craving food
Okay, so Im not hungry at all but I feel this need to eat. I'm trying to fight the urge. Any suggestions?

me too..but i have no will power..usually i just give in and cry about it later..any idea?

Already ate 2300 calories (goal is about 1500)

- Take A Nap
- Paint Your Nails
- Read A Book
- Drink Some Tea or Sparkling Water
- Lay Out In The Sun
- Go Ride A Bike
- Walk Your/Neighbor's Dog
- Call a Friend or Relative
- Do A Crossword Puzzle
- Surf the Ne
I do that all the time, I've been trying to stop it. I've found that drinking water or doing some activity will help take my mind off of it. Or munch on a few baby carrots.
chewing gum sometimes helps or brushing your teeth
Make sure you have plenty of munchy foods in e.g. lettuce, cherry tomatoes are virtually calorie free.
