am i just not eating enough.
cause it feels like i have eaten quite a bit.
Hope this helps!
PS - Soymilk and EB? ... You're not a vegan, are you? :)
You're probably hungry because you haven't given you body enough food and definitely not enough protein!
Besides obviously needing to eat more, protein will help you feel full longer because it takes longer to burn.
Why are you eating so little?

I would be starving if I were you. What would be more satiating would be to cut out the processed grains and dried fruits, and eat some fresh fruits, leafy green vegetables, salad greens, and some beans.
A 1/4 cup of brocolli isn't enough green vegetables. By processed grains, I'm talking about flour products like cold cereals and pastas. Less processed stuff stuff would be more filling, and beans in particular are a good filling thing to add. I agree with the person who said that salads and apples would help a lot. Thinks very big when it comes to those non-starchy vegetables. You can eat a pretty large volume without overdoing the calories, and the fiber will really help to fill you up.
