Hi all - I am staring at an apple right now...problem is, I have had fruit, fruit and more fruit today resulting in mega carbs.  I need something (HUNGRY)... what else should I have, ps - I am stuck in the cubicle farm here at work :-(

you could add some peanut better on your apple

or maybe some light cheese.

I've started bringing single serve yogurts as snacks.
Also, single servings of fat-free pudding...they don't need to be refrigerated, so you can put them in your desk drawer....something different from your fruit.
Peanut butter with the apple sounds good or celery and peanut butter!
Yeah, we're like prarie dogs sticking our heads out of our cubes every once in a while - hence the term "CUBE FARM".

I like the pudding idea, and the rest sound good too!
