You can add pretty much anything to oatmeal! I've tried SF chocolate syrup- that was pretty yummy. I've done yogurt, peanut butter, nuttela (on backpacking trips when you need all the calories you can get), SF maple syrup, milk and every kind of fruit imagineable. Throw that pudding in! It'll be great ;)
gee.. yay!! will do tomorrow for breakfast!!

Yeah, you can put pretty much anything that sounds good to you in your oatmeal. I've put a teaspoon or so of sugar-free pudding powder mix into mine, and it is great, super creamy and extra sweet. I don't do this anymore because I'm trying really hard to give up EVERYTHING that contains artificial sweeteners, and I don't love the pudding in the oatmeal enough to justify extra cals and sugar from regular pudding mix. But, I don't know why the already made stuff wouldn't be as good (if not better) as the dry mix. Just be careful with your amount, start small and add up until you find the amount you like. It could be easy to overdo it and end up with puddingmeal. ;-) But, yeah, go for it. You only have to do it once to know you don't like it, but I'm betting it'll be great!
I'm pretty sure it'd be fantastic! I've used Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa packets in my oatmeal--oh man, was that amazing. And they only added 25 extra cals!
YUM! I love the idea of Diet Swiss Miss and Oatmeal! I'm going to try that for sure!
For the past few days I've been making decaf sugar free mochas with the Swiss Miss, coffee and a little sugar free chocolate syrup. It's really satisfying!

OK, I had oatmeal this morning adn then stirred in the diet cocoa and put a tablespoon of sliced almonds on top - man was that ever good! Filling too and only about 170 calories - it was good enough to use as a dessert!
I eat oatmeal with a bit of flaxseed meal and some almonds.:) simple and yummy.
