i was just hoping to hear some success stories for hydroxycut, and some feedback from people who have already taken the supplement :)
or the opposite, if your against it, id love to hear your opinion as well
MY STORY:
i have been taking hydroxycut for 4 days now, and have seen a little bit of results. in the Beginning of january i tried a lean jean diet that was supposed to make me lose one jean size in 10 days but in the 10 days i only lost like 3 lbs. but i did lose about 2 inches off every part of my body.
With hydroxycut so far, ive lost 5 lbs in 4 days of taking it, which i think is a great success. My goal is to take the hydroxycut for 8 consecutive weeks and lose a minimum of 20 lbs.
Ive also included daily visits to the gym where i run for about 30 minutes, and have started eating way healthier, no junkfood, light everything, and more meals a day as apposed to just one. so im sure that has something to do with my wieght loss as well.
It just pulls out the water out of your skin. It dehydrates you so you see results instantly, which is cool for bloating, but it doesn't do much more for metabolism than raise it as much as an espresso. I went off them and gained the weight right back, so now I feel like I have to buy them again. Don't do it.
Although I have had a whole bottle of it in my bedroom for a year, I can't say that I've tried it yet! Found best results by limiting calories (reasonably, of course), eating organically, and exercising at least four times a week.
Let me know your results though? I'd be really interesting in hearing about it =] I have recently been contemplating the addition of hydroxy's to my diet!

To those of you who responded: did any of you quit the pills and continue to diet and exercise?
A few years ago I was taking TrimSpa X32 (with all of the side effects of being jittery and peeing quite frequently) and the weight MELTED off. It also came back with a vengance when I stopped taking the pills and dieting and exercising. I'm wondering what would have happened had I stopped the pills but continued with the low cal diet and hitting the gym 4 times a week? Anyone know?
Of course the weight came back. If you had kept exercising and dieting you'd be in the best shape of your life! I've gone through two cycles of ErgoLean Amp v2 and, IF NOTHING ELSE, taking pills for fat loss REMINDS YOU OF THE TASK AT HAND. You're way less likely to cheat if you think in terms of "I'm paying x amount just to get results, I'm not gonna mess it up by cheating or failing to exercise!" It's quite a potent placebo effect even if the pills themselves do nothing. For this reason, I definitely advocate the use of weight loss pills. They take what results you might have gotten without supplements and increase them: this is also why people that just take the pills and do not exercise do not see results. 90% of the effect is mental, not physical.
That said, I don't believe Hydroxycut is the best way to go, though it works: I seem to recall it having a ridiculous amount of caffeine in it and, due to being mainstream, being rather expensive. Try Nutrex Lipo 6 instead (though it is rather expensive as well), or Amp v2 like I did.
Hope I helped someone out.
Be careful! When I was in high school I was in wrestling and my coach suggested I take this crap to cut weight. Since then I have had a love hate relationship with diet pills, I felt as though I was addicted to taking them and so my issue became mental in addition to already being concerned about my weight. I felt as though I couldnt loose weight unless I was swallowing a pill to support it. These products are not good for you. Now, I haven't taken a pill in over two years, I stopped in about 2006 and slowly the weight crept on (Im a very active person, so I didnt balloon back up) However I did manage to gain about 15lbs in the last two years. In late 2008 I decided to get a handle on my weight gain by diet and exercise. Its not an easy cycle to break, but please don't start taking pills if you dont have to..
If I can give you any advice about taking pills, you potentially could become dependant on them, and you will not learn how to eat properly with portion control or eating healthy and balancing diet and exercise. For your life you will assume that weight loss=pills, and you will never be able to get normal control over your weight management or diet. Utilizing tools like counting calories, healthy eating, exercise, and portion sizes is the bet way to loose weight.
Just my thoughts as this hits fairly close to home. Good luck.
