Hypnosis?

Has anyone tried this. I think I'm going to but want to know if it actually works.

Its pretty expensive but if it works will be worth it.

I tried it and it worked for about 2 months.  The hypnotist I saw tapes the session and I had to listen to the tape every night when I went to sleep.  As long as I did that, I didn't smoke.  Eventually I got tired of listening to it...quit listening and started smoking again.

i found a video on youtube as an online hypnotist. i've just started watching it, but i'm still smoking. it may not work, but it's free, and worth a try

It was a 5.00 donation, Cd's Optional, I bought the family program my flex spending reimburses me.

Any way went on Tuesday 23 didn't have a cigarette till 2pm the next day called the 1-800 number on CD and much to my surprise the Dr Robert G Dean got on the phone and talked to me (I recognized his voice from the CD that I listened to a hour earlier). Any way he gave me pep talk and I called off work and major cleaned my house. He said it takes 21 days of listening to the Cd's, I am down to one cigarette a day. it's been 7 days. And I am Anolitical harder to hypnotise, Not me lol I question everything Why why why. If your anolicical you need to blank your mind not anolysize just flow with it. Good luck
