Symptoms include getting hungry too quickly after eating, feeling dizzy, irritable, shaky, unable to concentrate when hungry. basically impossible to aviod eating. this condition is apparantly common in recovering alcoholics. sufferers are prone to sleep disorders, phobia, anxiety and depression, and weight gain. Sufferers need to eat foods with a low glycemic load - completely cutting out sugar and alcohol, eat little and often, spacing out calories through the day.
