Hyrdration level fluctuations Related to weight loss

As some of you know from previous posts, I weigh myself daily -- mornings for the actual weight accuracy, and nights for greater accuracy in fat %, hydration %, lean mass, and bmr.

I have noticed a definite patten over the last few months.  When I show a weight loss, I seem to urinate much more, and more frequently, especially during the night.  And my hydration level drops a little.  Then the hydration level goes up, but I maintain the weight loss.  All of this while intaking the same water amount consistently.

I've read that fat is 15% water.  I've also read that our fat hangs on to the toxins that were in the foods we ate that made us fat. 

From these observations, my theory is that when our bodies burn fat, they flush out the water and the toxins that came from the fat, and that temporarily causes our hydration level to drop.  The body then restores its hydration level before proceeding to burn more fat.

If that is true, then one consequence of rapid weight loss could be dehydration -- the body isn't given a chance to re-hydrate itself after each round of fat burning. 

And just one more reason to make darn sure that you are drinking enough water, and eating foods that are water-dense, such as fruits and vegetables. 

the really good thing about getting your fiber from whole foods from plant sources is that the foods contain their own supply of water -- that's brilliant, when you think of it, for Nature to package the fiber AND the water necessary for the body to properly handle the fiber all in one package.

Why didn't I think of that?
Exactly Manewell!  I have found the greatest weight loss with the consumption of whole foods and 90% of that coming from plant sources.

Nature is miraculous and if we could all learn to eat only what Our Higher Power gave us we would no longer be an obese society.
anxious, do you follow Dr. Furhman's Eat to Live life program?  He uses the 90% from whole foods from plant sources.
