Get a tub of cool whip free, freeze it and scoop out a 1/2 cup portion.

To be honest, I'd rather have a half cup of Breyer's new fat-free icecream than half a cup of coolwhip - it has 100 calories for half a cup and it tastes exactly like real full-fat icecream! Forty calories isn't going to make that much of a difference to your calorie budget...

I know! It's awesome! It really does taste like ice cream, if not more filling =D

I love to freeze small portions of cool whip mixed with a very small bit of peanut butter... it is so good!

If you live in england try sainsburys be good to yourself ice cream. Its just over 100 kcals in 100g which is a massive bowl. Its really creamy too :)

xXx

awesome idea!!

real deal only.  i always save plenty of cals for my ice cream.  its motivation throughout the day.

frozen whipped cream is the ultimate blessing from baby jesus.

I squirt the aerosol redi-whip lite in a bowl and drizzle it with a little chocolate sauce and add a few sprinkles. I tell my kids it is a sundae. It helps with the sweet tooth cravings at little calorie cost. The kids love it.

Ok, I have always wanted to ask this. What is cool whip?

cool whip is just a brand name in america for whipped cream. so yummy!

You get fat-free whipped cream over there? The mind boggles. I feel like I'm starring in 'Coming to America.'

Cool Whip is actually non-dairy ... it kind of freaks me out. But it does taste good.

Blend your favorite yogurt (or coolwhip) with your favorite fruit and freeze it in small portions.   Cups or ice cube trays work well.  Then you'll have a healthy cool treat anytime you want one!

Oh, like soya cream I guess. We have something here called Orley Whip, but it tastes revolting. Guess I'll have to stick to the yoghurt variety...
