Ice Cream Treats

Quote  |  Reply

I just found it sooo hard to eat a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwhich. It was the good humor one that is only 280 cals. My manager brought it up to me and told me to eat it. And I did all of it, but I didnt start to enjoy it till half way through it.

Does anyone eles have this issue w/ sweet treats like this?

If the issue you're talking about is my boss shoving an ice cream sandwich in my face and ordering me to eat it, I'd have to say no.  If you didn't want it, couldn't you have just politely refused?

And if you felt obligated or forced to eat it, I'm surprised that you enjoyed it all.  That lack of enjoyment may have nothing to do with guilt.

And yeah, I've felt momentarily guilty about eating some completely decadent ice cream, but only for a moment.  I just have to remind myself that it's a treat, and I try to get in more exercise for the day.  No big deal.
