I'm 5'5" and I weighed 138 this morning.  That's ideal for me, if I tried for anything less than that, it wouldn't work.  Going by BMI, it seems that a healthy weight for this height is anywhere from around 115 to 149, 121 is on the lower end of that range.

I'm almost 5'5"...more like 5'4.5" and my goal is 130.  Right now I weigh 140 and I am content but I would like to lose some more.  I think it depends on the shape of your body and how you feel at what weight!

121 seems like an odd number for a "dream weight".  Aren't those normally fairly round numbers?  I'd believe 120, 125, 130, 135 or 140.  Even 126 (since that's 9 stone exactly).  I just find 121 an odd choice to report as "dream weight".

I'm 5'5", 16 yrs old, and currently hovering around 138 unfortunately. This is NOT my happy weight. I have binged my way 10 lbs up since July 9th when something bad happened in my life. My happy weight is more like 125, a little lower would be nice.

I'm 5'5'', 26 years old, and my goal weight is 135.  I'm currently at 155.  I can't imagine weighing 121....that seems really too small for 5'5'', but I guess every body is different!

Im currently 144 pounds ..but would love to be 135!!!

Im happy where I am right now, but id love to see the scale a little lower!

a good rule of thumb is 100lbs for the first 5 feet, and then +5lbs for every additional inch

5'0... 100lbs

5'1... 105lbs

5'2... 110lbs

5'3... 115lbs

5'4... 120lbs

5'5... 125lbs

...etc.

and then give or take a couple pounds, these are just guidelines. Some people look good lower, while some look better higher, it more so depends on your body type, frame size and what your body allows you to weigh

if you need to starve yourself to be (X)lbs.. then it's not your ideal body weight, because your body does not want to weigh so little\

muscle weighs more then fat but takes up less space, so a 120lb woman can look thinner then a 110lb woman of the same height

you can't go wrong with regular excersize, a healthy diet, and an active, rewarding and enjoyable lifestyle
