i really like having warm desserts, topped with cold icecream or frozen yogurt.

ive already made brownies, apple pie, double chocolate chip bars,

any more ideas?

how about the other way around (hot-on-cold)?

i like to make ice cream meringue pies. you can use pre-made pie dough but i make it, put it in muffin tins (unfortunately no bigger or it will melt), scoop ice cream into them, then top with meringue and bake on 500 degrees for 2-3 minutes. if your ice cream starts off cold and your oven is already preheated the ice cream shouldn't melt, just eat immediately. then top with fruit, chocolate syrup, etc if you like. yum! :)

btw, i also like crepes with hot homemade fruit syrup- peaches, cinnamon, and sugar is my favorite- with vanilla ice cream. 

blackberry or other fruit cobbler with ice cream on top. Bread pudding with - ice cream; caramel topping ;  cream.  I LOVE hot bread pudding with cold caramel topping and cream with coffee. mmmmmm Sweet cream soft and little bits of crisp top.
