Any ideas for a healthy, good, low carb, salty breakfast with lots of protein?

I am finding it rather difficult to eat a good healthy breakfast when on the run and need some ideas!

I'd rather salty foods anyday. I ate Amy's burrito's forever but the store I shop at quit selling them which totally frustrates me.

Any ideas would help!

Best breakfast ever for keeping you satisfied until lunch is a big eggwhite omelete. You can buy the whites in a container so no messy separating, throw some mushrooms ,green onions, and red pepper flakes in a small pan and brown them for a quick second or two, then just pour on the eggwhites until it is about the thickness of a fat pancake, turn the heat to med/low, put a lid on it an go finish getting ready, come back in about 6-8 min, flip it over, turn the heat on high for a sec to crisp up the other side, sprinkle some salt and pepper and voila!

I looove to cover my eggwhite omeletes in chunky salsa, or use some tabasco for a kick.

You can add whatever you want to this, really, just remember to either use a really good non-stick pan or give a generous spray of pam to make sure it doesn't stick.

Thanks so much!

I go to my local deli and get egg whites, with sliced ham and a slice of cheese on a whole wheat wrap, salt and pepper.  Could probably make it at home but I am lazy.  Tastes great.
