Try preparing your oatmeal at night to save you time in the morning and so you get a hearty breakfast :)

How about pre cooked eggs? you can eat them with any bread you like and if your really worried about your sandwich getting soggy then pack the eggs in an air tight container and build your sandwich at school :) You could bring a banana and make a banana sandwich instead!

Another thing i love is veggies and salsa (at the minute i adore broccoli) Yum cook a whole pile of veggies and bring a dip to snack on.

Also, yogurts bring a spoon and your favourite yogurt this is ideal because it is pretty portable.  Remember though fruits are your saviour there great to snack on try bringing a banana, blueberries, strawberries, apples all of which are none messy and great for you to just grab.
haha yyonah u know i get my bus then too!!

i take dry all bran, dried fruit and yogurt sometimes xxx

i usually take yoghurt, fruit and crackers to school for morning tea. sometimes i take soymilk/flavoured milk. (chilled night before. sometimes i freeze my yoghurt :D) since you have to have your breakfast so early (i think, coz your bus leaves at 7... which is when i have breakfast) maybe you can split your snack - have 2 snacks instead of one so that you won't get hungry (or have an extra snack! haha. i TRY to do that when i'm hungry. but not always successful. silly ED haha)

umm. if you have a few slices of wholgrain toast with poached eggs, a glass of milk, and a fruit for breakfast, that should keep you full for a while too

Night before - make a wrap, choose your filling, I am a veggie so I adore veg, lettuce, pesto/hummus in one. After it's cooked, wrap in cling film, tightly, leave in the fridge over night. In the morning, cut through the clingfilm so you have two small wraps, put in a bag with raisins/currants/nuts (or whatever takes your fancy!) viola, 2 little snacks and extra healthy fats on the go!

Breakfast - cereal mixed with yoghurt/soya - filling, tasty and healthy. I'm Scottish, and I LOVE muller Rice Light ( less than 3% fat, zip cals, and I can have it hot - it's oatmeal without the horrid 'i'm so full I can't walk' feeling.

What I also used to do (talking 4 years back..) was to make up 'soldiers'.

Make a 'dip', refridgerate. Cut up veg, use veg with dip.

Another one is jelly cubes :)

Spinach Filo Pasties are fantastic.

God, I could go on for days..

OOh, one more - box filled with all your fav things, mix in lean meat, veg, dressing, pasta and pick at it all day with a plastic fork!

posted twice =/ sorry!
