Anyone know the calories in IHOP pancakes?

Calorieking.com says 110 calories for each one. (No butter or syrup.)

burliminator, I wouldn't even want to imagine but per www.ihop.com:

» Is nutritional information available?

IHOP offers a wide variety of food that should allow most people to choose a meal that suits their dietary needs. We do not maintain nutritional data on our food.

LMAO this is some what off from what you asked but DAMN I want some IHOP pancakes right now, we don't have IHOP in Canada, well at least not in Winnipeg and I really want to try it at least once.

On the topic of calories, id say eating pancakes can never be VERY healthy, but a few with some jam or something (no butter) or perhaps a low fat syrup or something, it can be a nice treat

Oh no, you guys have it wrong about pancakes being unhealthy.

A few weeks ago when I was moving, my dad and I went to IHOP for pancakes 20 minutes before move out and move in. Greatest decision we ever made. We had tons of energy and we were both surprised figuring the IHOP would come back to kill us during the move.

Yeah but remember you ate the perfect thing before moving a bunch of stuff. I mean if your going out for breakfast after a long night of drinking, it wouldn't be the best thing to eat

True, but it would make you feel a hell of a lot better. And after a night of drinking, does it really matter anyway?
LMAO it does if your trying to watch your calorie intake... and remember not everyone is drinking like 12er's of beer, drinking for me is like hard alcahol and then dancing for like 4 hours... sooo... its not really THAT bad for you
I went to IHOP and had the 4 pancake plate with a serving of blueberries and whip cream as a topping. The blueberry's were kinda runny and watery. Anyone know the total calories for the pancakes and toppings?
i would personally not eat a stack of pancakes...just because theyre basically pure sugar. white flour wreaks havoc on your body and doesnt have much nutritional value. it spikes blood suger levals which leave uyou hungry shortly after.  four pancakes would be almost all the grain servings im allowed in a day as well. but thats just me. whipped cream is um...whipped..cream. so at the lowest id put the calories for that at around..lets see :pancakes are usually 110 each (440) whipped cream around (300) and blueberries  (100) but only if they were fresh and with no additives. so...840 cals??
300 calories for whip cream? According to this site a cup of pure whip cream is only 150 calories.
I would think the pancakes have more then 110 calories...they cook them with a lot of butter....
Ihop like other restaraunts have a policy of if you can't afford (calorie wise) don't ask. Laughing

Not sure, but I do know that they have a section on the back of the menu that lists the dishes with about 600 calories.  That means 2 things....1- everything else likely has more if 600 is the advertised healthy selection....2- if you just reserve 600 for that choice in your daily plan then feel free to go.  Well, in moderation...pancakes are empty calories that will likely encourage you to actually eat more later on.

Maybe buy some of those frozen pancakes, enjoy 2 with a big side of better n' eggs?

whipped cream in the foods section on this site is likely just that.  whipped cream, pure dairy, no additives.

"whipped cream" toppings like what they serve on their pancakes and french toast may or may not even be dairy products, but they are loaded with sugar.

IHOP has a healthier choices menu as well. Their portions are HUGe though!
last time I went there with a friend, I just asked for a side of two eggs (you can specify whites if you want).  Not too expensive, not too many calories and lots of protein. Smile
ah, but pancakes are soooo good. eat them as a treat, and enjoy them:)

I agree with the assessment that pancakes are more than 110 calories each.  Similar chains list their nutritionals for single pancakes as much higher:
Bob Evans: One buttermilk hotcake = 318 calories
Dennys: 1/3 of a three pancake platter (without butter/syrup) = 220 calories
First Watch: 1/3 of three pancake meal (without butter/syrup) = 300 calories

Personally, I'd estimate a single pancake at a chain around 280 calories and call it a day.  Having said that, there's NOTHING better after a night of drinking than a stack of pancakes.   Mmmmm....

150 calories for cup of whipped cream? Hmmm, that's cause it's mostly counting air. Per CC:
