Illinois people?
It's been a really long time since we've done a poll (like months and months) of how many of us are from illinois. i know there are more and more of us.. aren't there? :)
Ciosa - where did you go to school? I was born and raised and will more than likely never leave Rockford. Left once and moved to Springfield. Some how though I ended up back in Rockford. Actually living in Machesney Park now, but close enough. DA BEARS!
GO Sox!!
Go Cardinals!!!
:P
I live in St. Louis, but will probably move to Columbia, IL in a year or so... (just across from STL)

aquade- you're a traitor!!! :( cubbies rule! :)
Nope not Vincennes... moved farther north. Nearer to Indy now.
Hey, I lived in Wisconsin for 20 years (after and before Illinois:) As a lonely Bear fan in a sea of Green... I lived for the games when da Bears would beat da Packers, even if it were the only games da Bears would win all season - Ha
now.. da Nascar is my sport... more action, less heartbreak.
I'm from Illinois, too. I live in Peoria and used to work at the East Peoria Kohls. I'm a huge Cubs and Bears fan.
I am currently a transplanted Illinoisian. We had to move to Indiana 2 years ago for my husband's job but I will never be a Hoosier. Unfortunately our daughter was born here so she is cursed. Luckily we only live 30 minutes from the Illinois border so it isn't too bad. I grew up in Peotone which is rumored to be the site of the 3rd Chicago Airport and attended college at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais which is currently the summer home of the Chicago Bears. Yet, somehow I am a St. Louis Cardinals fan! Go figure.
checkmeout... I went to Jefferson. Pretty much born and raised in a house just south of there. Graduted 1992. And you?
I have friends back home that are like you... will more than likely never leave. I'm living now in my husbands hometown... and since he has more family here than I have there... we might just stay here for a while.
Da Bears... long live 1984!
