Illinois people?

It's been a really long time since we've done a poll (like months and months) of how many of us are from illinois.  i know there are more and more of us.. aren't there?  :)

I am living in Lansing, IL and working in downtown Chicago... Love the Bears, the Sox (who my husband have renamed the Sux right now).  I am ok with the fact that the Cubs are doing ok even though I would rather it were the White Sox! (my hubby is non discriminatory in the name calling - he calls the Cubs the Scrubs)... :)

I'm living in Durand, IL.  Just moved here about a year ago. I do travel from Chicago to the Mississippi river for work.  :)

I think I win the award for the CC member furthest south in the state. Eldorado is about 45 minutes from Paducah, Kentucky. Although.....I do love to get to Chicago whenever I can.

I'm in Illinois too! I live in Washburn right now, small farming town outside of Metamora.. Peoria area. I grew up in an even smaller town of Spring Bay.. about 300 people total, about 90% family members
