Illinois people?
I'm also in IL - Chicago! I've been living here for the last 7 years, so I certainly consider IL home.
For those of you that mentioned meeting up, there is diet and exercise group on meetup.com that I just joined a few weeks ago. You can check it out on meetup.com and type in diet and exercise for the Chicago area. I'm going to my first meeting in a few weeks. I was going to mention this web site to the meetup group, since this web site seems really supportive and helpful in weight loss process.
Been living in Chicago for the past few years but just moved to Aurora for graduate school. I miss the city!
About two months into my healthy eating lifestyle. Trying to slim down before my wedding in June 2009. I always like meeting weight loss buddies and fellow Illinois - ians!
Living in Wheeling, IL which is close to Chicago. Moved here almost 2 years ago from Tennessee. Huge change. :]
I'm in plainfield. Far southern suburb of Chicago.
Carbondale. Also far southern suburb of Chicago.
Hey there!
Just so you all know, there is a Chicago CC Group. It's been pretty quiet in there but I'm constantly checking in to see if anyone's been around.

Hi!! Another illinoisian here! I was born in Mississippi moved to the Kankakee area when I was 4 then moved to Bloomington-Normal for college. Met my fiancee and settled down near Bloomington where I plan to stay! There is a central illinois group for anyone interested! Come by and talk with us!! ^_^
I'm from IL. Born and raised in Decatur but now live to close to St. Louis but at least I have a job and a family. How can I get the Illinoisians down here to stop rooting for that team that across the river. ![]()
I saw this post and had to laugh. My father's family was from IL and I have many fond memories of the farms there.
The funny part? Well, from 1996 - 2001 I lived in southwestern Michigan. They didn't like Illinois People. They said those two words with such venom. Whenever I hear the words, Illinois People, I giggle.
