Ahhhhhhhhh!!! im angry!!!

ok so since the end of november ive gained almost 10 lbs!!!! and starting january i went crazy and was working out 4 times a week and trying to moniter what i ate (i dunno if i did such a great job at it), i added 2-3 days of running, and finally decided to do hand weights cuz i hate them but need them! and what happens?! nothing!!! oh my bad. i mean... everything in the wrong direction! why the heck do i weigh 10 lbs more!?!? this is so retarded. and it cant be all muscle cuz i doubt i did that much to make me 10 lbs freaking heavier.
ok i need help. anything will help me. i feel like just binging on everything cuz if im gonna gain weight trying to lose weight, i might as well be happy and just eat anyway and gain the weight.

does it have to do with being bulimic? i have a bad habit of binging and then throwing it all up. well not all of it. i try to get all of it up but i think i got too used to it and now its not working anymore. this sounds stupid i know. i feel really crazy and wanna punch everything right now.

how could i gain 10 lbs?!?!?!? this is retarded!!! oh and it sucks cuz im too scared to step on the scale now, and the first time i did in like a month and im a gargantuan beast again. blah

First off, yes, being bulimic is going to totaly destroy your progress, and screw your stomach/throat/teeth (Yes teeth, your stomach lining tears up your teeth) up for the rest of your life. So stop throwing food up!! If you can't, ask someone for help, go to a Dr, we all have problems and sometimes we all need help with them..

Start monitoring what your eating/burning, are you drinking water (and enough of it?)? You can easily gain 10lbs of water weight in a few days with a high sodium intake, lower the sodium and drink LOTS of water.

Start weighing yourself every day, or every week atleast, stop waiting a month so you can see if your progress is going in the right direction or wrong (Don't rely on daily measurements, rather add them to CC, watch your trendline, it might not always go down, but try to make sure its not creeping up).. [I flucuate about 5lbs daily, so thats why I said, don't rely on the measurement daily, just log it]


ok. that is the wrong attitude. I made the same mistake and I was like I am going to eat and be happy better than starving myself and not losing. I gained 20 pounds...

Calm down. It can happen anywhere in the world. just be patient and your body will respond.

what is your current weight?
its about 154 right now and im 5'4. i was at 145 thanksgiving day. lol i guess thats when it all started... ugh. i wanna cry. im like reading ppl losing like 3-5 lbs a week and im like... what the heck!? blah
your only going to loose 1-2 lbs a week tops if your a semi-healthy weight (which you are)..

People can drop 3-5lbs a week when they are 200-300+ lbs, simply put, they are obese/morbidly obese, their body isn't holding onto it...

Work on your diet, see someone about the bulemia and stick in there, it'll come off, slowely, but it'll come off..

Think of it this way, it sucks now, but would you rather ring in 2009 with stomach aches and rotten teeth (and likely still overweight), or being your goal weight, and healthy?
no don't cry.. it is ok.. I am in the same situation. I was 142 thanksgiving day. Now, I am 160-159.

I will tell you something. If you want get there again and be 140s, you have to forgive yourself. Accept the fact that you gained a few pounds. If you can take this step, you will lose the weight again like I did. I am now 160-159 down from 170s. I was so mad at myself. I didn't start losing until after I had accepted the situation.

Time runs so fast. Learn to enjoy the ride. ok??:)) also, start a new workout plan this week, a new hobby, something you like to do, or download some new songs to motivate you.
Hey girl. You can't be mad at yourself about this. You got to get over it and accept it and do something about it. I have been the same way with my weight. For the past year my weight has gone up so much then it ever has in my life. I was also mad at myself and I tried everything from no carb diet to trying not to eat at all. It doesn't work. This website helps so much too. It helps so much its addicting. Just log in what you eat and give it time. Also go for a walk if you dont like to exercise. I know its difficult but you can do it:-) let me know how it goes!
thanks everyone. i guess it really is about acceptance first... blah it still sucks though. ok! im gonna get back down to where i was and then continue onto my goal! haha. no point being mad over something i cant do anything about. i already gained the weight... telling myself otherwise is... counterproductive so... okay! haha. i'll just what i have to do.
but just lemme say... damn the holiday season and all the great food my grandma cooks...
