Ok I'm back...
Hi everyone, I joined this site last year, roughly in september, I was 220 then (6'2") and through counting calories and exercising and all, I slowly watched my weight wobble its way down to 200.
I was very happy, and it was the most successful I was at losing weight. ever.
Through some circumstances in my personal life, I kinda lost the motivation and just felt out of it, and well, like I expected, the weight crawled its way back.
Currently i'm at 215. While I'm sure some of its muscle mass from weight lifting, it's obviously not the weight I want to be at. So here I am. Back Again. Lets hope this time I do better, and stick to it!

I'm back too. I started in June and did fine until I stopped logging in. Now, I'm back and 7 pounds heavier than back then. 236!!!
I've decided that this eating right and exercise thing is a part of my life, like breathing, and without watching myself and encouraging myself, I' m not going to live a healthy life. That's the ugly truth of it all.
Welcome back, and take it from me, stick with it. We may get closer to the "eyepopping" bodies of the stars, but more importantly if we can can live a longer, healthier life, this commitment is more than worth it!![]()

Welcome Back! I started dieting in January, joined CC in February and stopped counting in April! During April, May and June I basically maintained and then gained 10 lbs in July. So like you, I am back, even more motivated and focused to stick to it and get to my goal weight. Good Luck!
