Hi everyone; I have been absent from the website and 'consciencious' watching of what I was eating as the plague (aka Influenza Strand B) ran rampid through the house for my sons (6 and 3) and my husband. I manage to miss out on having the flu but was so busy taking care of everyone else over the last 2-3 that I didn't have time for me.
I finally got on the scale this morning (oh so afraid to see how much I had gained) to find that I had lost 4.7 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I wasn't doing my daily exercises but I guess running all over between the house with the family still counted.
And my eating habits must have been ingrained enough that I didn't need to actively think about what I was eating.
Anyways, I was just really happy and wanted to share. I look forward to going through the forum to see how everyone is doing and who joined us.
