I'm becoming OBSESSED!
Ok, so I'm freaking out a bit.... I'm becoming obsessed over this website. And ESPECIALLY counting calories! Everyday's worse!! At first I loved it. I finally felt as if I were beginning to gain control of my terrible eating habits. But as the days go by, the more I obsess.... Every food I see turns into numbers. I no longer enjoy many of the foods I used to love!? I should feel good about this, right??? Is it normal, or am I just truly becoming obsessed????
For the purposes of marital harmony, I suggest you keep a little notebook by the nightstand so you can jot down a few notes for later logging, but only after you have done the "was it good for you?" cuddle-chat. Preferrably you can sneak out of bed and do your logging after the wife is asleep.

I am the same way. Alot of times i log my food as Im eating it, or get up from the table and start logging in mid meal. Drives my wife crazy. When my wife and I have "relations" as soon as its over i run to the computer to log it in my activities. There is no "was it good for you" it's "was that a moderate or light effort" I dont think its a problem :)
lmao/rotfl - That was too funny! I hope that you can get in the cuddle/snuggle time (it can count, too) and maybe log it sometime later when it's convenient...or if you really have the energy to leap out of bed and log it you might have to consider that perhaps you might want to revisit your technique...you will burn more calories if you don't have that much energy when you're done.
For eating meals, maybe just jot down a note on what you're eating and log it later.
I am the same way. I feel like I have become obsessed with this site. Trying to find more lower calorie foods. My husband knows when dinner is done I am on here logging in something. I eat my lunch at the computer so I log in while I am eating . I am glad I am not the only one on here doing that.
Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
In terms of calorie burning, moderate jumping is about equal to running a 10-minute mile, although calorie burning is always a function of time... Read more
