I'm confused!
I took 16 ounces of raw squash - which is about 200 calories. I sliced it thin and baked it until slightly crisp. The final yield was about 3 1/2 ounces. In Calorie Count - 3 1/2 ounces of baked squash is 45 calories. How do I know how many actual calories I'm consuming?

It's stil 200 calories.
It lost water weight. And water has zero calories.
