I'm curious about your poop. ;D

When i was under eating, my poop was almost always utterly sick. Frown I had diarrhea almost every day, and i always felt horrible. When it wasn't sick, it was like, little tiny pellets. I never had normal poop!

Since i joined CC, i've only had sick poop about twice. I'm also extremely regular. I poop BIG two or three or more times a day. Has anyone else had similar experiences in weight gain and recovery? I love my new poop!

haha yeah! when i was restricting, i always had the pellet types of bm's, since my metabolism was horridly slow! constipation is a sign of a sluggish metabolism. and then bam! when i upped the cals, i was more regular and producing large bowel movements, since my metabolism was going again!

HA! Yeah I'm getting regulated again. When I was basically not eating I didn't really ever go. But now I'm all fibered up and normalizing my bowels. Gotta love it!

Aw, thanks guys for responding. I know that was a weird post, but i wanted more people to be excited about having healthy bowels!!

Hahaha! Don't worry, I'm excited to have healthy bowels. :D When I was basically starving myself, I would only get like... a couple of rabbit turds every few days. But now it's a big one every morning! LOL! Talking about BMs is so funny and awkward XD

Haha, I don't mind posting about it either!  I eat a lot of fruits/veggies and other foods that are fiber-filled...so I probably go at least twice a day, every day.  It does tend to be a little loose, but not excessively so.  I used to restrict cals (1200/day) and I would never go more than once a day...and it was a lot harder!  Now I'm doing 1600 cals and think everything is optimum!

I think people should talk more about pooing...pooing and incest and anal sex are the last great taboos of our society!   Personally I used to restrict and be so constipated, now I'm eating 2.500 and still constipated, but I go about every three days and when I have to go I Have To Go!  I can't wait, I seriously have to go like then and there!

when I was a baby I was famous in my family because you could set your clock by my poos! Tongue out

if anyone's still struggling with regularity, try taking a probiotic pearl. that's the name of the product, you can find it in natural food stores, and it looks just like a pearl!

 

ED's destroy your digestive flora, and the pearl helps to naturally restore the good bacteria. this thing was also a lifesaver for me!

 

oh and i have a humerous comment regarding our bowel issues that were courtisey of this horrid disorder... ED's truley are full of ****! lol

Yay! I feel somewhat less awkward that more people are sharing. I'm famous amongst family and friends for working poop into the conversation. But i'm glad to hear about everyones experiences. Sucks about the constipation. I never had that!

I talk about poo way too much. I remember when I started posting I was having SO many more problems with constipation and ended up talking about it WAAAY too often. xD I'm on a high fibre diet now.

I agree with the probiotics/prebiotics suggestion. BUT TAKE IT IN A TABLET! Eating yoghurts and drinks that contain them mean most of the good bacteria is killed in your stomach acid.

Poo, poo, it's taboo, but talking about it's good for you. D:
