i've got so much homework for tomrrow but i don't have the energy to do it.  i really want to eat some chocolate but it's unhealthy so i'm just trying to avoid eating it.  i'm so down i just want someone to understand me.  even bananas have like 140 calories which is really annoying so i can't even eat them.

Suzy,

From your previous posts, I am wondering if your eating enough?

A banana, is good food.  It will fill you up as apposed to chocolate.  Nice energy food for you to get that homework done.

Oatmeal is also good, and filling

There are lots of healthy snack choices.

Good Luck,

Sheila
This is typically how much i eat a day, sometimes i exercise more than this- but i do eat enough- if not too much.  I want to lose 4kgs im. my weight now is 50/49 kgs any suggestions?

Instead of the 278 calories for the Kit Kat bar and biscuits, you could have had 2 big bananas or 3 big apples.  You could have had a pound of raw carrots or an entire bunch of celery.  You could have had 7 brown rice cakes instead!  Think about it.
Suzy90 - I know how you feel hon!  I have been swamped with homework for days (no downtime at all, just homework, work and sleep!) and it really gets you run down after awhile.  Sometimes when I am really feeling like I can't take it anymore I go for a nice long run, take a hot shower, eat something... and low and behold I am like a new person, ready to keep going for hours!  Hang in there, and keep working at it.  Time spent worrying about dieting, exercising, homework, etc. is never as useful as actually getting those things accomplished.
Do you realize that your mind need fuel too. Try this. Set a time that you exercise and do something new each time or switch it up. GET OUT. Totally seperate yourself from school or what ever and give yourself some me time at least once a day if not several times a day for a break. The excercise will get your mind off one thing while satisfying another because you are helping yourself. Look up the fat content and make sure you are taking in carbs but good carbs. Just a thought
