I'm Just SO Excited!Anyone Else??!

sorry for this totally random thing, but i managed to lose 7 lbs in jsut under 3 weeks after not being able to for a year and im really excited!!

I had my exciting moment today, too - as of this morning, I lost 45 lbs (130 lbs down from 175). I wanted to lose 50 before October 8, but I'll take the 45 :) What difference does 10% make anyway?

So let's celebrate, 'cause we absolutely ROCK!

Even though I'm a guy and buying clothing is usually done out of necessity only, it felt good yesterday when I fit in jeans at 30" waist. In July I was wearing 35" waist jeans.

This means I'll have to take a lot of my business suits to have the waist taken in. I'll be glad to pay that bill.

I'll celebrate that this weekend by going to Florida and have a long mile swim at the beach. That ought to feel good.

It's good to see the hard work pay off, huh. I was 139 today. That makes 8 lbs. since July, almost 30 lbs. of baby weight two yrs. ago. I feel like me again!!

Congrats! I'm also really excited today too! I weighed myself this morning (I do each week to track progress) and I've lost 3 lbs since last week! I've lost a total of 8 lbs since sept 2nd, and an overall total of 12 lbs since August 1st... the day my boyfriend and I decided to make a change in our lives.
