i'm fat because i used to do uppers and make myself throw up.

now that i'm healthy i can't get over how much i LOVE food. i eat all the time everything that i can get and i won't stop eating until there is no more food in front of me. i have been eating crazy like this for about two years but since i stopped throwing it up i have gained about 20 pounds. i want to lose just ten of those pounds. how can i change my mindset about food? it has been so warped for so long.

first off: what are your stats?

Whenever i feel like eating everything in sight, I just try to remind myself that I don't need to eat like everything is going to be gone tomorrow...that I will have more than just today to enjoy the foods I like (well hopefully lol).

do what i did!

first-- if you really did do uppers-- start running! i run about 3 miles a day, and it makes you feel GREAT. oh the endorphins :) just start off slow if you don't run. just a mile a day rest on sunday's... then move up to two miles when that feels good... then three... then whatever [jogging a mile burns off about 100 calories...in about 10 minutes!]

second-- turn your love of food into a love of good food.--- i cook almost all of my meals so i can plan what i want to eat in the day and i can make it healthy and delicious... it's fun!
