What to do when I'm finished NROLFW?
I'm part way through the program in NROLFW and loving it. I started it as a total lifting beginner. My question is, what do I do when I finish the 6 month program? Do I do it again, but start with heavier weights? Is there a program that anyone recommends for someone at an intermediate level?

In the NROLFW group, there's a forum, Life After NROLFW - some have moved onto the original book, New Rules of Lifting.
You could also check out Melkor's List of weight training programs and pick something from there. I liked doing a 5x5 program (before I started New Rules).
