Because as many things as I've seen fried, I've never seen a deep fried CDC.

Good news - They dropped off the boy and went to stay with my sister in law until friday, then at our place fri & sat nights. whew!

It's very warm where I live (it was 115 F yesterday!), and I just either exercise in the evenings, or inside. I live across the street from a track, so I jog and ride my bike there at night, and during the day I'll jump rope inside.
I'm very fair and burn super easy, through sunscreen, and night time workouts seem to be the only option for me.
