I'm so frustrated! Please help me be healthy!
Ok so, my friend is treating me to Sonic and I'm really excited! There is no Sonic near my house except for half an hour away. And, since he's a dude, I don't want him to think I'm this girl who only eats salads and water just to save calories. I want to eat a meal! So this is what I have to far..
Grilled Chicken Sandwhich -400 whopping calories (it was the least caloric thing I could find)
And FORGET fries. 200 for a SMALL!! I'll just take a few from my friend.
I have NO Idea what drink, I wanna get a shake, but they're all so... calorie filled! 400, 500, 600, 800 calories! Blah.
Someone please give me a reasonable amount of calories I'm allowed to consume without feeling like a fat little piggy! (1,000 is way too much, btw)
Please help me!
Eat a modest amount that makes you satisfied, not stuffed, and fits into your own plan. If you go over your calories, so what? You won't blow up. Just enjoy yourself and don't worry about it. You shouldn't want other people to tell you how many calories you are allowed to eat, that is completely your decision.
A milkshake never killed anyone. Have fun!
Have a milkshake! Drink a few sips and throw the rest away...that way you save a bunch of calories and still have a nice little treat!
I love Sonic and the close to me is over an hour away so I never get to go unless I go down the shore or when we go on vaca to FL. I have to say, the burger is wonderful and skip the fries that is what i do. Get a diet soda and if your friend gets a shake have a sip of his if he does not mind.
Sonic for one day outta how many?
I would just enjoy it.
I love the Diet Cherry Limeade. It has very few calories and tastes great. If you aren't against artificial sweetener every once in a while it's a good choice.
Also, you can enjoy a burger. Just ask for no mayo and/or no cheese. That's where most of the calories and fat come from. I believe Sonic offers a smaller burger, too, that you can get. I think it's the Jr. Deluxe Burger.
Try not to eat the entire thing? Like if you do get a milkshake, drink part of it and say that the richness made you full.
