Hi everyone!!! I've started today!! I'm calorie counting and planning to work out to lose 16 pounds by the end of March - why I need to lose by the end of March is because I'm going to Hawaii then (my first time!!) and I need to be ready for the beach!!

Good luck!! We have the same goal!! I've been doing good for the last 4 days - having an energy low today.... I find I feel very tired when I'm eating low calories!! But I'm keeping the bigger picture and goal in mind... Can't wait and hope we both reach our goal - that would feel amazing!!
Hi! I'd like to lose about 15 lb. by the end of March. I won't complain if I lose more. I've been eating low cal for awhile now (now i need to step up the exercise to lose weight) and can tell you that at first, my energy was crazy low. I was exhausted, everything was a chore and I aaaaaaaaalmost quit. But I drank lots and lots and lots of water (cliche' but it works) and battled through it. Your body will forgive you eventually haha. I have similar goals in that it would be really nice to look good in a swimsuit from any angle and to wear any clothing I want.
Let's wish ourselves luck; can't wait to start!
