I'm not kidding - amazing way to curb hunger at night!!

Seriously, find some breakfast you LOVE and give yourself something like 300-400 calorie lenience on it. Then, at night, when you're tempted to snack, think about how amazing it's going to be waking up and getting that breakfast. You'll be more likely to just hit the sack (always a plus health-wise, if you can budget it into your schedule) then you get your awesome breakfast! Repeat nightly!

I've made this post months ago, then I forgot about it and oversnacked at night, and now I'm doing it again and it's helping me. I LOVE breakfast, it's like my dessert.

lol, that's a good one. what i try is to keep some sugar free jello in the fridge and light whipped cream. i pop the foil off of the cup, spray some whipped cream on top. that's about 20 calories! can't beat it!!!
OOOooohhhh, I really like that idea, I am gonna try it

forgive me, but I have a way to curb hunger AND burn cals at night... and in the middle of the day if the hubby is home... but I won't go into it here. Laughing

Hey thats a pretty good idea... I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but maybe I can give myself a "bonus" snack the next day I'll love if only I don't eat the tasteless stuff I tend to munch on at night.
I will second drumsareforgirls's tip.  I do the same thing and it works for me.  I love breakfast and I motivate myself not to snack at night by telling myself that if I just go to bed I can eat a nice bowl of cereal in a few hours.

Oh me too!

I love breakfast and my breakfasts are always sugary.

From blueberry pancakes to waffles to cereal to pb+jam+banana sandwiches! Delicious!!

Already looking forward to it.......
I'm more fond of activity to keep the cravings away.  A certain activity that people partake in at night.
I DO THAT ALL THE TIME...ESPECIALLY WHEN I'VE HAD DAY THAT I'VE EATEN 2,500 AND FEEL HUNGRY.
Actually, I've done the same thing too (think about an amazing breakfast: waffles, french toast, muffins, the works!) when I'm craving something at night..the thought of a tasty breakfast really curbs your cravings and for me, I wake up and I'm not even that hungry so I end up not even eating that high-calorie breakfast I dreamt about the night before!
I'm actually doing this right now, and it's helping! I've noticed that a lot of my overeating is due to this weird, subconscious fear that the food is going away and if I don't eat it now, I won't be able to in the future. It always helps to remind myself that barring a huge catastrophe, I'll still be able to eat the same things in the morning... or next week... or whenever.

I find eating two/three FiberChoice pills and a big glass of water gives me a full feeling to curb bedtime hunger.  Plus it keeps me regular!
